By signing below, I represent that I have the authority to enter into an agreement and that I will purchase the product based on the methods and discount terms described above and will bill my customer at a price no less than 25% less than MSRP. I also agree not to provide pricing and related discounts to any third party and to keep pricing information confidential. I further warrant and agree that I will not share my VAR discount code to any third party or directly to my customers and that the VAR discount code will only be used for the purpose of reselling the Copernic products to my customers or for internal purchasing by our company. The terms of this agreement are subject to change at any time, without notice, and at the discretion of Copernic.
