Troubleshoothing
Copernic Tracker doesn't seem to run my tracking tasks according to the schedule I set. Yet, I can run them manually. What causes this problem?
You might be logged on as a user without a password. Copernic Tracker uses the Windows Task Scheduler and, with Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft Windows XP, the Task Scheduler won't run properly if the user doesn't have a password. This is a known problem for these two platforms. Therefore, to avoid problems with the tracking feature, we recommend that you set a user password.
